We understand that what you want most of all is the truth about your water problems - not sales jargon or confusing explanations of what the system may or may not do. Standard Electronic Demand 32,000 grain Water Softener (cation exchange) with 30 micron prefilter and GAC (carbon) postfilter for taste and odor. This light commercial/heavy-duty residential 2 tank system is designed for hard water (up to 100gpg), ferrous iron (up to 7ppm clear water), light ferric iron (up to 1.5ppm red water), manganese of 2ppm (clear water), manganese of 1ppm (oxidized), moderate sediment, and light intermittent sulfur (rotten egg) smell. This fully programmable metered system monitors water usage and regenerates only when necessary - saving water and salt. The 1” Autotrol Performa 268/460i electronic control valve (including bypass) also has a flow rating of up to 25gpm, adjustable salt dial, and NOVRAM circuitry that will keep time for (2) two weeks in the event of a power outage. Price range $2,100-$2,450 fully installed including parts and labor.

Super Heavy Duty Automatic 64,000 grain Water Softener (cation exchange) with 30 micron prefilter and GAC (carbon) postfilter for taste and odor. This is also a light commercial/heavy-duty residential 2 tank system but with double the capacity of our standard system. This system has a softener tank with (2) two cubic feet of fine mesh resin (for higher exchange rate kinetics) and the 1” Autotrol Performa 268/440i automatic time clock control valve (including bypass). This system is built for extreme problem water conditions like very hard water (up to 200gpg), heavy ferrous iron (up to 20ppm clear water), moderate ferric iron (up to 4ppm red water), manganese of 4ppm (clear water), manganese of 2ppm (oxidized), moderate sediment, light intermittent sulfur (rotten egg) smell, and radium 226/228. This is a very reliable design with flow rates of up to 25gpm, adjustable salt dial, and a simple pin type automatic regeneration control for durability. Price range $2,700-$2,950 fully installed including parts and labor.

2.5 cubic foot Upflow Acid Neutralizer with 1” in/out head, 30 micron prefilter and GAC (carbon) postfilter for taste and odor. This system is designed for installation in areas that do not have access to a drain or 120v electrical outlet. This system works best for acid water conditions with water quality parameters of no iron or manganese, low turbidity and sediment, ph of 6.0 or above, and installed in small to medium sized residences. Price range $1,550-$1,750 fully installed including parts and labor.

Standard 2.5 cubic foot Automatic Acid Neutralizer (13”x54” tank) with GAC (carbon) postfilter for taste and odor. This heavy duty system is built for medium to large houses that have access to a drain and 120v electrical outlet. This unit is designed for acid water conditions with a ph of 5.7 or above, low iron and manganese, and low to moderate turbidity and sediment. We guarantee this system (when properly serviced and maintained) to keep the ph above 7.0 down to the refill line; stop the blue-green staining of faucets and fixtures, and corrosion of copper pipes. The 1” Autotrol Performa 263 3-Cycle Valve (including bypass) has easy to use controls, a 25gpm flow rate, 12gpm backwash rate (to remove accumulated dirt and sediment). For customers who wish to service the system themselves, we offer a mineral tank with an 11/4” fill port for easy servicing. Price range $1,950-$2,250 fully installed including parts and labor.

This system is professionally engineered for large to very large homes that have extremely acid water, high carbon dioxide content, high water usage and/or flow requirements. The system pictured is still a 4.5 cubic foot system (16’X62” tank), but with ½ a cubic foot extra under bedding for an extra high flow rate. Built for a ph of 5.0 or higher, low iron and manganese, low to moderate turbidity and sediment. We warranty this system to keep the ph above 7.0 (when properly serviced and maintained) down to the refill line, stop copper pipe leaching, and blue–green staining; also a 11/4 fill port available for homeowner servicing. Price range $2,800-$3,350 fully installed including parts and labor.

This light commercial/heavy duty residential (2) two tank system will greatly improve the quality of the municipal water coming into your home. You will receive years of great tasting and softer water for bathing and laundry along with chlorine and trihalomethane removal. This system has the same basic components as our well water system but with a larger GAC (carbon) postfilter and no prefilter. We also offer cabinet model units (not pictured) for small spaces. These economical systems only require the homeowner to add salt (or potassium chloride for a sodium free system) to the brine tank and change the carbon cartridges. Price range $2,100-$2,550 fully installed including parts and labor.

This system was designed for iron, very fine dirt and sediment, and for bentonite contamination from a poorly constructed well. Water problems involving sub micron turbidity can be very difficult to control without the proper equipment. This unit was added before the previously purchased Culligan^® water softener to stop the milky looking water from causing problems with the system and the U.V. light. We can custom built equipment on a case by case basis to solve almost any problem water condition. Price range $1,950-$2,950 fully installed including parts and labor.

Combination Heavy Duty 32,000 grain Electronic Demand Water Softener and Stenner^® Chlorine Injection System with 30 gallon solution tank, 30 micron prefilter (for sediment) and GAC (carbon) postfilter to remove chlorine taste and smell. The system treats hard water conditions, disinfects and removes strong sulfur (rotten egg) odor. This is a reliable and user friendly system for both of these problem water conditions. Price range $4,200-$4,550 fully installed including parts and labor.

This is a versatile combination of water conditioning equipment that can tackle the worst problem water. Price range $4,800-$5,300 fully installed including parts and labor.

These units offer a 99.9% reduction of bacteria and viruses when properly installed according to manufacturers recommendations. Most home well water systems will require some form of pretreatment before this germicidal light can be installed. Price range $950-$1,750 fully installed including parts and labor (U.V. Light only).

Mr. Water™ 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System installed under the kitchen sink. This pure water system will produce 100 gallons of great tasting water per day. System includes filtration system, pure water holding tank, and chrome faucet. The unit can also feed a refrigerator ice maker and cold water dispenser. Some well water installations will require some form of pretreatment. Basement installation of the system is also available under certain circumstances. Price range $950-$1,350 fully installed including parts and labor (R.O. System only).
